Women's Fitness Class

WOMEN OF ALL AGES AND FITNESS LEVELS! Do you want to get toned and fit for summer and help the SA Team at the same time? Join us in the CCC Gym at 9:00am or 9:30am. Come to either session or stay for both! Suggested donation $5/session. Bring a towel, a water bottle, and free weights if you have them.
