Pastor of Adult Ministries
My Ministry: As Pastor of Adult Ministries my opportunities for service are wide-ranging. They include the oversight of most ministries involving adults, but one major emphasis is our Adult Bible Fellowships. Adult Bible Fellowships are more than just adult education, they’re small caring communities within our lager fellowship. They are places to can connect and be known. In addition to my encouragement of this vital ministry, I also watch over our ministry to the hospitalized and homebound, do most of the pre-marital counseling and work with our Young Adults.
My Education: I hold a BA in Religion and Philosophy from Sterling College in Kansas and a Master of Divinity from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in Deerfield, Illinois. I’ve done continuing study in the area of Christian Counseling.
My Family: My wife Sue and I married on August 5th, 1989. God has given us the great privilege of mentoring dozens of couples in our 20+ years of marriage. We have no children of our own, but dote on our niece and nephew at opportunity. We’ve also raised to highly anti-social cats named Diggs and Splash.
My Interests: I’m all over the map with way too many potential hobbies. At the top of the list are working with my hands (construction or destruction) and creative desktop publishing.
