Prom Alternative

We will be leaving CCC at 1:30 PM and heading down to Navy Pier where we will take a one hour, pirate-themed, cruise on the schooner, Tall Ship Windy, and then have dinner at Bubba Gump’s on the Pier. The cost is $50 per person for dinner and cruise. With a few extra funds, you can ride the giant Ferris wheel, mini-golf, or visit the funhouse maze. The event is open to current sophomores, juniors, and seniors and their guests. Sign up by April 27th by contacting Leo (lbarnes@ccczion.org).

From September through May, AWANA Clubs meets each Monday evening at 6:30 pm from 2 years old through 6th grades. Fun-filled activities include Bible lessons, scripture memorization, games and singing. Through AWANA, kids learn that God is real, that He loves them, and that He has expressed that love through Jesus Christ. They also learn how God can help them in their daily lives and how they can learn to serve Him.
