We are looking for volunteers to serve in our MOPS nurseries during our meetings on the 2nd & 4th Wednesdays of the month from 9:00 am – 11:30 am. During that time, mothers of preschoolers will spend time in fellowship, hear from a speaker, share in discussion groups and complete a craft. This is a wonderful outreach ministry to young families. We will be leaving CCC at 1:30 PM and heading down to Navy Pier where we will take a one hour, pirate-themed, cruise on the schooner, Tall Ship Windy, and then have dinner at Bubba Gump’s on the Pier. The cost is $50 per person for dinner and cruise. With a few extra funds, you can ride the giant Ferris wheel, mini-golf, or visit the funhouse maze. The event is open to current sophomores, juniors, and seniors and their guests. Sign up by April 27th by contacting Leo (lbarnes@ccczion.org).
